It is proven that  frequency of training evaluations correlates with the transfer of training within organizations. The research indicates that more frequent evaluations are associated with higher training transfer rates . Specially on  evaluations focusing on behaviour and results criteria were more strongly linked to training transfer than those assessing reactions and learning (Saks and Burke, 2012). This underscores the importance of specific evaluation levels in enhancing training effectiveness

Learning styles

 VAK Learning Styles (Barbe, 1979)

The model  identifies three primary learning styles which include

1.      Visual Learners who  learn best when information is presented in a visual format, such as diagrams, charts, or written instructions. They tend to focus on images, colors, and spatial arrangements

2.      Auditory Learners who learners prefer listening to information and often benefit from lectures, discussions, and audio recordings. They excel when they can hear concepts explained aloud.

3.      Kinesthetic Learners who These learners engage best through hands-on experiences and physical activities. They learn by doing, and often prefer role-playing, experiments, or any activity that involves movement ( Barbe W., B,. 1979).

This model  prove  that tailoring teaching methods to suit these preferred learning styles can enhance the learning experience and improve retention.
