What is Globalization
The increasing integration of economies and societies worldwide through the cross-border movement of four core elements such as people ,capital and goods as well as services (IMF Staf ,2008) This process, driven by technological advancements and policy changes. It enables labour mobility and cultural exchange while it promotes economic growth and innovation.
